Everyone talks about “loving yourself” – but if it were that simple, we’d all be doing it already! Here’s a LIVE Facebook video I recorded on HOW to love yourself in a way that will attract a man who loves you too.

This is one of the most important things I could ever share with you when it comes to attracting a man who’s going to love you unconditionally for who you are.

      Hi Helena
I really enjoy your videos, they have made me look at myself and my behaviour in a completely new way. I’m going to try to start by acknowledging myself a bit, I know my usual pattern is just to berate myself for never being good enough. The man I love is married to someone else. He tells me that he loves me, but now I’m starting to see that I’m receiving just the amount of love that I’ve been showing myself. Of course he is with his wife so much more than with me, and I’m going to try to acknowledge my feelings of rage and jealousy into something that helps me to understand.
      Thank you so much Helena.

        Hi Michelle,
Thanks so much for your comment, I’m SO happy to hear that my videos have been helpful for you! What you said here is totally brilliant: “I’m starting to see that I’m receiving just the amount of love that I’ve been showing myself.” This awareness is the first step to turning everything around!
A couple years ago I wrote a two-part blog post on what to do if you’re attracted to unavailable men, it should be helpful for you:
