Helena, I have been following you and learning so much from all of your You Tube videos. I am 47, getting divorced, I am also a life coach and meditation instructor. I have been dating a man for 5 months who I am in love with but he is still healing from a harsh break-up. We have an amazing connection, but I want to honor his place in his healing and I want to learn as much as I can to fully embody my feminine energy – not only so that he will heal his heart, but fall in love with me too.
